Hello you kinksters out there,

my name is Michael, I am based in Germany and I’ve started this blog to create a platform for articles about kinkster lifestyles, kinky artists and kink culture stuff. It should be a place for interesting things about different aspects of kinky life and a possibility for taking new perspektives and getting some inspiration.

So why Flamingo? Well i don’t really know. 😉 I’m not sure if they can be kinky with each other at all. But they are delicate and pretty animals; their beauty, proud attitude and pink colour make them a lovely part of nature.

If you want to write something, have comments or criticisms, please tell me. 🙂

On this blog, I would like to try to shine a light on different dimensions:

  • Kinkster Portraits: these interview portraits should show the kinky side as well as the person. I think this is an interesting perspective, because too often, kinksters are reduced to one side, either only their sexual part, or the “public” person.

  • Kinky Artists: I want to give an insight into their work and I want to intruduce the person as well.

  • Kink Life and Play: This blog will also contain texts about kink life aspects, for example safety aspects in kink play, and will show different types of kinky play.

  • Kink Culture: I also want to include texts to this blog, which are about how the culture in a society, as expressed in movies, music, fine arts and every day culture, is connected to the kink world.

I appreciate and I’m grateful to everyone who takes part in this. I experienced how it feels, to grow up for a period of time in a partly hostile environment concerning kinkiness (and even homosexuality), so I would never go too far, and I will respect everything, what we agree on. This blog should be a protected space for everyone who participates in it.

So now I’m quite excited about what is coming. Thanks a lot for reading this. I hope you’ll find some interesting texts on here. All the interviews I’m doing here, they all together should be like a prism, which contains so many different colours of a rainbow and which together build a bright shining light. It would be great if one reads an interview and can say referring to a feeling, thought or experience told in it, in the words of Bob Dylan:

“And every one of them words rang true
And glowed like burnin’ coal –
Pourin’ off of every page
Like it was written in my soul –
from me to you”

Thanks,
Michael
